Tailored Approach: Prior to the project launch, participants undergo individual sessions to customize the project to their specific needs and aspirations. This ensures that each participant receives personalized support and guidance throughout their journey.
Positive Psychology and Wellbeing: The Marsha Project integrates principles of positive psychology and wellbeing practices to promote resilience, self-confidence, and overall mental and emotional wellness.
1-2-1 Coaching: Participants receive dedicated 1-2-1 coaching to support their individual development plans, providing personalized guidance and accountability throughout the programme.
Self-Discovery in Good Company: The project creates a supportive environment where participants can explore their strengths, values, and leadership potential alongside like-minded women, fostering mutual support and encouragement.
360 Feedback: Participants receive comprehensive 360-degree feedback, offering valuable insights into their strengths, areas for growth, and leadership potential. The themes are incorporated into the programme design to ensure individual learning needs are met.
Optional Cultural Assessment: As an optional component, our coaches collaborate with project sponsors and HR teams to conduct a cultural assessment, identifying areas for organizational change and advancement to achieve gender equality.

Mitigates Risk of Legal Action: Supporting female leadership through dedicated development programmes mitigates potential legal action. In the 2022/2023 period, a UK employment tribunal awarded a record £995,128 for sex discrimination, with the average award standing at £37,607.
The below learning outcomes are split into three themes and will be covered in each programme, however the syllabus will be designed to specifically meet the needs of each group.

Defining what success means to you: Identify what success and happiness means to you at work and home, setting clear goals to be the best version of you possible.

Showing up in your own way: Define your values, purpose, and ethics, and build a personal brand that reflects your authentic self and the environment you want to create.
